At a rest stop we have a box lunch but it was hard to eat because there were so many bees!  But what was nice was that there were so many birds and small animals.  Maybe hoping to get some fallen food!

The next game drive had us seeing giraffe, cape buffalo, hippos, lions, leopard in a tree, crested hoopoe, baboons, coke hartebeest, yellow billed oxpeckers on the neck of a giraffe, vervet monkeys.  One of these vervets was quite large.  He had jumped on the hood of our vehicle and was trying to get in.  Ed had his neck pillow that you use on flights which he waved at the monkey.  I really wish I had taken a picture of Ed trying to get rid of that monkey.  It was so funny!  After a while the monkey gave up and jumped off our jeep!
